Demostrate is a networking platform designed for developers to collaborate on projects, build standout portfolios, find freelance gigs, land job opportunities, and much more!
It will let devs find other devs to work (paid or unpaid) and they could link their repos and other socials in order to build up their profile. This can let high schoolers build up their portfolios for college apps, college students build up their resumes, casual devs become better or freelance, and help people get job offers.
Since I want to keep the service completely free for everyone (preferably with no ads), we could charge companies for recruitment tools. They can pay for an API to our database (or an AI powered interface for smaller businesses), where eligible users who choose to be discoverable can be contacted. Feel free to suggest any ideas or revisions!

I was trying to learn Git so that I could work with teams until I realized that none of my friends enjoy coding, giving me nobody to collaborate or learn with. My service will someday solve that same problem for many devs out there.
I blended the word "demonstrate" with the greek root "demos". Together, they make Demostrate. Demos means community, and this is a place for devs to demonstrate their skills. I'm very proud of it in case you can't tell lol.
